I have these two questions I think are being incorrectly graded. Can someone sanity check?
Question 1
When I submitted, the first option was pre-checked from a previous submission. After grading, it wasn’t there and was marked as incorrect.
Question 2
Either I am wrong here or grader isn’t recognizing B as an answer.
Any help getting clarity would be great.

Maybe I’m just not understanding what you’re saying here, but on the first question, you missed one of the correct answers. If you are saying you selected it, then why does it not show as selected?
Maybe this is a problem with the state of the webpage. My suggestion would be to open the quiz again for a second attempt, but then do a browser refresh before starting to select the answers and see if you get different results.
Note that we are not supposed to publicly show questions and quiz answers (just as we aren’t supposed to show solution source code for the assignments), so I will “unlist” this thread. That means that only you and the mentors and the course staff will be able to see it.
every time you attempt, even if it shows as the previously selected option from your previous submission, always click again the selected option for your current submission.
Also, such issues happens when one tries to submit a quiz within a very short span of time, as the quiz grading takes a bit time to update.
I have encountered this issue. I usually refresh my browser, or sometime clear my browsing history and cache, to get rid of such pre-selected options.
So kindly wait for few mins before you try your next attempt of submission, do not try to attempt with a minutes or seconds.

For question 1, yes. I had the first option selected and then after submission it wasn’t selected so marked wrong.
For question 2, the correct answers are selected. I have confirmed by re-running it. It ignored the selection of “The system has infinitely many solutions.”
Where can I submit product feedback? Having accurate graded assignments is pretty core to the education experience.

When you retried the quiz, did the same error happen on question 1?
I will try to reproduce this and if it fails for me, I can report it as a bug to the course staff.
No, it didn’t happen this time but that is likely due to something being cached in the browser. Question 2 is the most damning example (not one) here. The two right answers are selected but it is only giving me 6/12. 24 hours later. Same thing selected. 12/12.
Let me make sure I understand what you’re saying: I believe what you said is that you just tried again and it worked this time. If I’ve got that right, then the theory is just that your browser tab was in a bad state on the previous occasion. WYSWNWYG (What You Saw Was Not What You Got).
