Week 3 lab - unable to START

Labs 1 and 2 were fine but in Lab 3, STAT LAB is taking for ever 30 min - restarted couple times.. any help will be appreciated

Please try clearing your browser cache or accessing the platform using a different browser.
I have verified it from my account, and it is working as expected.
Kindly perform these steps and let me know the outcome.

I get this error now - when I click on “set up single instance” in Sagemaker

Failed to create domain: can’t create SageMaker execution role.

User: arn:aws:sts::417577681941:assumed-role/voclabs/user4154505=Anil_Sathyanarayana_Rao is not authorized to perform: iam:CreateRole on resource: arn:aws:iam::417577681941:role/service-role/AmazonSageMaker-ExecutionRole-20250616T064748 because no identity-based policy allows the iam:CreateRole action

any clue? I restarted computer etc.. still stuck on this on Lab 3 .. can you reset something for me, please? I want to get through this lab and do more courses.

is there no solution? why can’t I just finish Lab 3??
