Week 3 programming assignment reset?

Hi, Can any one help me reload the Week 3 programming assignment?

I’ve tried adding to the URL; ?forceRefresh=true

New URL; /notebooks/C1_W3_Assignment.ipynb?forceRefresh=true

But I just get; “Your application is being loaded…” and the page doesn’t load.
