I cannot start the command [37] rouge = evaluate.load(‘rouge’) . Even if I run this multiple times, nothing really happens.

After this command, I cannot continue with further steps.

You mean the kerkel runs forever at that cell?

Try Kernel->Restart and then run cells from top again.

If this doesn’t work out, end the current session and reopen the lab, this will perform clean ups.
