Hi everyone, I’m Carlos Monzón from Power CM Software, which operates QbitMarketHub. We are building the initial catalog for a marketplace of AI agents, workflows and tools.
A demo can show an impressive result without explaining what it takes to reproduce it. I would like to discuss what a useful workflow listing should disclose before someone spends time or money trying it.
For example, a document summarization workflow might need a particular automation platform, a model provider account, API credits and permission to send documents to an external service. A buyer should see those requirements before checkout.
I would start with four areas:
- Runtime requirements: supported platform versions, external services, credentials needed and where the workflow runs.
- Delivery: whether the buyer receives an importable workflow, source files, hosted access or setup help, plus sample inputs and outputs.
- Ongoing costs and data handling: costs excluded from the purchase price, what data leaves the buyer’s environment and which services receive it.
- Maintenance and support: who handles setup problems, how updates arrive and what happens when an upstream API changes.
In QbitMarketHub, sellers can connect Stripe, import a product and its prices, and configure the listing and delivery instructions. There is also a flow to create a new Stripe product and price. Paid checkout requires the seller’s Stripe onboarding to be complete. For hosted software, importing a price does not by itself provision an account in the seller’s application, so the access handoff needs to be checked.
Publication is free, with a 4% marketplace commission on sales. We are building the catalog and do not promise traffic or sales. If you have an original workflow or tool that you can deliver and support, you are welcome to test one listing at QbitMarketHub | Marketplace for AI Agents, Workflows, and Tools and share where the setup could be clearer.
For those who have evaluated or delivered AI workflows, which missing detail caused the biggest surprise? What would you add to this checklist?
