I know that Kaggle is the best website to find datasets for practice. However, is there any particularly instructive datasets to start practicing? ---

Hi @Levent, Kaggle is definitely a nice place - it has dataset, sometimes it has a objective for you to achieve, with nice discussion threads and codes as your reference. If you are looking for a guided project, you may browse the coursera catelogue for some.
