Why did the name change from Machine Learning Specialization to Machine Learning with Scikit-learn, PyTorch & Hugging Face Specialization?

Why did the name change from Machine Learning Specialization to Machine Learning with Scikit-learn, PyTorch & Hugging Face Specialization? I’ve already completed the first two courses in the specialization. Has there been any change in the syllabus?
