Hey Deepthi, thinking over I understood the purpose. It is simple. The course creator wishes to overwrite each student created Pinecone database with next student’s created database, thus using only a limited storage space in Pinecone. If each student creates his own database by giving different index name, that will be disaster for Pinecone storage 
Now, you may have atleast my database with index name ‘srinivas’ as additional.
