It looks like Coursera is having some “issues”. Please see this thread for more info.

Hi @Chigomezgo_Chimoyo,

As Paul mentioned, there are some issues with Coursera right now, which is why you aren’t able to retrieve your files. Otherwise, the steps you performed are correct.

Please follow the post shared by Paul, and I’m hopeful once that is sorted out, you’ll be able to do this as well.
