Could you please help me on this issue?
For Unit 0, the transition point is at (1.0, 0.0)
For Unit 1, the transition point is also at (1.0, 0.0)
However, for Unit 2, the correct transition point should not be at the point when x=2 because the value of vertical axis is 0 at the time being.
May i know why it is presented as shown in the figure?

Did you mean that when x = 2, the sum of all the three units is 0?
However, according to your equations, when x = 2,
unit 0 = 0
unit 1 = 1
unit 2 = 0
So, they add up to 1 which is correct.
Did I answer your question? If not, can you further elaborate with a calculation like mine which shows the values from each value at a certain x position?
