After the success of last year project about LLM Exploits, this year we come with a new topic “AI-Agents”. I created a study group about ai-agents. Feel free to join, no previous knowledge is needed and it is open to anyone willing to learn and to contribute about this interesting topic. Hi ! How do you think, what are the reasons of making ai-agent startup/profit-project if there is going to be customizable ai-agents made by big-tech leaders(OpenAI, google…)?
from my understanding, the opportunity for Agentic-focused consultancies or agencies is going to be in the vertical/market sector specialization, related to specific Knowledge Base of those industries and even, internal of individual companies, that general/standard/one-fits-all tasks solutions that big-tech wont provide.
I’m in Australia and would love to join - but the timezone differences may make this impossible. Is there a way I can look at and interact after the meetings, catchups, etc?
I’m trying to gain as much information about the use of AI as I can (I’m a school Librarian) before the students get ahead of me. It’s also a part of my professional development.
I can offer insights and information as well to a discussion - after the event, of course.

Yes will share here some meeting notes after the synch meetings but the hard work is going to happen mostly asynchronously so you could of course participate.
There will be probably smaller working groups around specific courses/topics at least that is going to be my main proposal.

there is a list of AI-agents related courses that I compiled in a doc and the idea is that you write your name in the ones you want to complete in 2 months. Ask permission to edit the doc: Proton Drive
if you prefer to study a course not in the list, then add it to the table and maybe other students will join you.
all students within the same course will study together and could even work together in a final demo.
we will share the progress of our self-study in two ways:
1. sharing at the discord channel any discoveries, issues, questions we might have regarding the course
2. in a bi-weekly global meeting with all students (attendance is not mandatory but recommended)
in 2 months we should achieve two goals:
1. completing one or more courses about AI-Agents
2. preparing a working example or demo to share with the community (optional)
All the created demos with AI-Agents by students will be collected and we will vote which ones to include in a final talk with the two communities: Malaga-AI and DLAI.
