I’m a TA Lead for a FinTech business and as well as hiring, I also use AI to increase efficiencies across the wider People Team as part of the firms AI steering committee.
This has been from building a simple office desk booking system to a full suite of tools connecting finance to HR for better hiring decisions and financial planning. This has helped the company pre-long its runway and reshaped our JD’s to hire more strategic people over operational, reducing payroll costs by over £2m so far.
