Airflow not updating DAGs for capstone lab

It seems that I am having a hard time syncing the airflow DAG bucket and having airflow read that bucket. I made the changes in 4.2.2 and 4.2.3 then went to start the DAG which failed. When I looked at the code the original code was still there. After chasing some typos I verifed that the s3 has the correct file and but there is no DAG currently.

This is going probably be a time out and restart but not sure what I am doing wrong.

It might take some time for Airflow to update the DAGs from the bucket. In order to make sure that the right DAG files are being used, you can delete the old files from the bucket, verify that Airflow doesn’t include them anymore, and upload the new files after. Moreover, restarting the Airflow service may help. The instructions are provided to you in the lab.
