All data lost despite being a pro member

Hi - it has been suggested by the support desk that i raise this issue here in case anyone has suggestions. I have just logged into my DeepLearning.AI account to contine with courses and discovered that my e-mail name and membership is no longer recognized. I tried to log in using my google account only to discover that all data on my account has been lost and it is treating me as a new member and suggesting I set up an account.

Any thoughts would be gratefully received
