Alternative to using VertexAI?

Hi all, I wanted to know if there are any alternatives to using VertexAI and Google Cloud Storage for performing RLHF? I would like to create my own RLHF from scratch but without depending on VertexAI’s pipelines and Google Cloud Storage. Any links and leads would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi! Thank you for the question. Actually, this course co-taught with Google Cloud is explaining this RLHF topic using Vertex AI as the tool.
Indeed, there are other alternatives, for example, Amazon SageMaker, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning
