I am unable to submit Unsupervised Learning→week 1→practice lab 1
it is giving an error:
multiple times, other labs are successfully grading but not this one. i tried incognito but same issue. i have been saving and creating the checkpoint yet there is some issue.

I was able to submit all other labs successfully, except this one.

thanks. i was able to submit the lab and it graded successfully.
the issue is that it did not re-evaluate that my course is complete- so i am unable to get the certificate for the course or for the speacialization as a whole.

If you have a problem with certificate, please search for the keywords “create a support ticket” in this thread and follow the instructions. You may also read the whole thread for all relevant information about certificate before submitting the ticket.

I see. Last time this happened, we discovered that there was a failed graded quiz. If you’ve checked all graded items (and they’re passed), just let me know and will try to escalate to the team. Sending the ticket as Raymond suggested also helps. Thank you.
everything has been checked multiple times. ticket is raised already.
