Has someone written code to train NN for the MOSFET? (Metal oxide semiconductor Field Effect transistor). Then Can you please share? I want to understand the code
I am curious what do you want to achieve with this? Whats the practical application?
I just wanted to predict current using bias voltages and process parameters and wanted to check the accuracy with that as we change the process parameters
These parameters are governed well by equations which ofcourse may not be definitive (I mean there are approximations there) but they seem to describe well those processes.
but we will give data to train this so it will not accommodate the equations I guess that is why I need the code what all I have to need to understand well
I am not aware of anyone creating this tool using a neural network.
There are many standard modeling tools for electronic components.
