After the session timed out, I am no longer able to retrieve a URL to AWS console. The aws_console_url is empty although it has been updated.
Also, I am no able reboot the lab as the ‘Reboot’ button doesn’t do anything. Regards

Your lab might exceeded limit, could you follow this link for a lab refresh. There should be an option for the AWS link is empty to choose. It should take 1-2 business days since it is a manual process performed by the engineers. Thank you

Yes it is adviced in Week 2 before you take your first Assignment (Guidelines before you start the labs in this course) to avoid if possible using a company laptop. However you could wait after you filled the form since the empty link happens sometimes (or other permission issues) and a lab refresh helps. If the issue continues please let us know after 2 business days, thank you
