I am getting the above error when I run facenet on my PC. What is the problem??

One approach is to use Anaconda (conda). We don’t have complete or “official” instructions for how to do that, but here’s a thread with a lot of useful info and links to get you started down that road.

(Note: I realize this is an old thread, but I just found it with search. Given that other people might also find it, it seems worth adding a bit more information.)
