I am also new to the world of AI. I am working with parts repairs in service centers. I wanted to know where AI can be applied to improve Service Centers efficiency

Also what introductory level course(s) I can take to understand where AI could be applied and how does it works. I am not planning to do any programming however I have done programming in the past
