Can someone suggest books for ML that can be read order wise to learn ML(somewhat like textbooks)? Also fiction books on ML, books on ML and society, it’s future?

  2. The Coming Wave: Technology, Power, and the Twenty-first Century’s Greatest Dilemma by Michael Bhaskar and Mustafa Suleyman
  3. AI Superpowers: China, Silicon Valley, and the New World Order by Kai-Fu Lee

I strongly recommend you to read all three of these books.
