C1_W1_Assignment error

There are lots of threads in the forum about “grader feedback not found”.
I used the search tool and found this one:

Course 3 Week 1 Assignment - Grader Error: Grader feedback not found - Zero for all Exercises

For all exercises, I got this error: “Grader Error: Grader feedback not found Visit the Discussion forum to see if your peers are experiencing or have found resolutions for similar errors. If the error isn’t resolved in 24 hours, please reach out to Coursera through our Help Center.” I verified all of my functions, even I refreshed the environment, with new notebook did all my changes again. Still getting the same error.
