Kindly only share screenshot of your output with the expected output. You are not suppose to share graded cell codes. It is against community guidelines, remove it.

First problem that is obvious from your code, is that you loop over candidates to get each row, but you never use the row.
You should use it to calculate cosine similarity with v.
