On Coursera platform, I get the following error:
IMPORTANT NOTE If you have passed all tests within the notebook, but the autograder shows a system error after you submit your work:
Grader Error: Grader feedback not found
Autograder failed to produce the feedback…
Any idea on how to fix this?

did you by chance rename your notebook when you submitted notebook or edited anything more OUTSIDE Code markers ###START AND END CODE HERE### could cause such issue.
get a fresh copy and re-do assignment by making sure only to replace the**None** with your code
Try resubmitting the assignment again a couple of times, without changing anything. See if that helps.
