Usually such grader submission failure happens when the learners have made changes in the notebook

  1. Either added/edited/deleted anything outside of the assigned markers ###START AND END CODE HERE###
  2. you have hard coded the path to any of your codes.
  3. you have deleted or added any extra cell.
  4. Edited a non-grade cell.
  5. have not written codes as per given the instructions when you first open the assignment and added your own way codes.
  6. Lastly if there is any use of incorrect code function to get the same output as expected but autograder fails you as it expects you to write codes as per given instructions.
