In the Great expectations the workflow explanation and in the notebook reference it is shown that on the homepage it gives the status of check with the green or red checkmark.
I have run the test/checkpoint as per the instructions given, the test are running as per expectations, however the status icons are not shown. I have to go inside the page to check the status.
Is there any Settings or config needs to be done which I have missed?
It is mainly for the information and understanding purposes for the real time use-cases.
I have submitted my project and it is completed successfully so it’s not blocker.

I will try to explain your questions.:
Yes, I have the same problem with status checkmarks, it seems it was working fine with the same browser and same settings the first time I tried.
This is the best solution I could think of as well. Thankfully the order is the same as in the lab instructions and screenshots.
The main takeways in the lab is to understand how data quality checks. Overall not a blocker, also same browser with same settings with two different accounts today:
