For this issue (even I had same issue), when I continued further in the assignment, I came across a statement mentioning your cost value can differ based on the python version you are using. So this is basically not an error. I have cleared this assignment with the same values.
Also I think in the course selection you chose course 1 name, but it is course 2 assignment as mentioned by topics name.
