Hello @adars1993 , I could reproduce the issue after creating the inbound rule with the wrong Security group ID, You need to go to the EC2 running instance and copy the correct sg-id. Then edit the inbound rules and add the correct one and delete the previous one,thanks [correct sg_id]

I did it completed the lab. But still this issue. If i didnt copy the correct SG.of EC2 how was I able to access postgres and completed lab. I deleted cloud9 recreated did all step still samd issues
