C2W1 Assignment --- not able to achieve more than 50 % accuracy

Hoping you folks help me.
I am not able achieve desired accuracy 95% i am stuck at 50 % , using 3conv layers and even tow dense hidden layers.I am not sure what i am doing not right here .kindly help me out.
