C2W3 Great Expectations - An error occurred (InvalidClientTokenId)

Immediately upon loading the lab and running the initial setup script I see the following error:

An error occurred (InvalidClientTokenId) when calling the DescribeDBInstances operation: The security token included in the request is invalid.

It looks like others have had this same issue but I can’t see a resolution. I’ve tried cache clearing and rebooting the lab with no success. Could anyone help pleese?
