whenever am running this piece of code, I always get the error message … however … I am summing the cost function with the regularisation term not multiplying as it is written in the error message
The indentation of your code in cofi_cost_func() is incorrect.
All of the code within a function must be indented. This is how Python defines blocks of executable code.
