C3_W2_Collaborative_RecSys_Assignment Problem

Hi Everyone,

My name is Bangkit.
I am doing machine learning course 3 and now facing difficulties while doing practice assignment W2 Collaborative RecSys.
It seemed that I am doing something wrong while putting regularization as it can give the correct number without regularization but wrong result with reguarization.

Could you please help me to tell where did I do wrong?

Check out this formula given to you in the lab:

As you can see, the square is applied only to some operands in the formula.
