The instructions say Copy the command from below into the Neo4j command line.
I do not know what command it is referring to and I think it is missing.
Similarly, I think there is a missing command for the following:

It looks like your notebook is missing code cells, this in your first screenshot is the expected output of Exercise 16, instead Exercise 17 should look like this:
Follow the steps to get a clean notebook. Right click in the notebook name and rename the notebook to C3_W1_Assignment_COPY.ipynb :
Go to help and click get latest version:
Afterwards you should have two notebooks, the old with COPY in the name and a new should have the correct code cells. Hope it helps:
