C3W1 Neo4j lab: Neo4jDNSUI won't load

I’m trying to do the “Programming Assignment: Assignment 1: Graph Databases and Vector Search with Neo4j” - I opened the lab and got to AWS CloudFormation. I went to get the Neo4jDNSUI URL and tried opening it, but after a long time (3-5 minutes) the Neo4j browser won’t load. Any suggestions here on how to open? I don’t see any solutions for my problem in the discussion boards.

I’ve tried using Chrome and Safari (I’m on Mac laptop), both won’t work. The URL I tried is “http://ec2----*.compute-1.amazonaws.com:7474” where i’ve obfuscated here the link generated by and found in CloudFormation.

I tried the lab right now, and unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the issue. Please, try connecting to the endpoint using a VPN or a different network. It might be a connection problem. Please, let us know how it goes.
