I could reproduce the issue after the terminal crashed and didn’t run source scripts/setup.sh again to set those variables. Otherswise you will be prompted to input variables and get this error when terraform apply. If the issue continues you could submit this form. Thank you
I was able to clear the IAM role issue, but I am having issue with the metadata. See the attached metadata error.

I am following the guideline and running (source scripts/setup.sh) before the terraform process. Attached are the snapshots for the today run.

I had to delete the whole terraform folder and use get latest version from help to make it work. Note, that it will delete your assets and glue.tf files you already edited but you will start from scratch. Hope it helps
I am still dealing with the same issue as of 8:25PM PST. Cannot complete the lab. Any other viable solution?

Sorry for the inconvenience but I am at my wits end. I tried to reproduce the issue and it helped to run source scripts/setup.sh to set those variables. Which part is same as your 8:25 issue and have you made any progress before/after that. Your metadata error means you didn’t successfully deploy the jobs your other two screenshots are the same. Perhaps you could resubmit the form and a staff @hawraa.salami help refresh your lab. Thank you
