I completed the notebook - all tests passed. But when submitted assignment, Exercise 3 failed 0/10 with error “There was an error grading your submission. Details:\nname ‘text_vectorization’ is not defined”.
In the notebook this variable is defined outside the function in a previous cell. Can someone correct the grader please?

That means it is a global variable.

Your functions should not use global variables. - the grader is not necessarily going to provide them. It uses entirely different tests.
