C3W3 RL lab is not opening

I am unable to access the last programming assessment of the 3rd course of the ML specialization. It is stuck at 50% and after a while it says couldnt load. I have tried rebooting the server and multiple browsers, but the issue isnt fixed. This assignment is required for getting the certificate, so could you please help me out here?
