C4_W4 Assignment UNQ_C2 Keep having dead kernel

Hi guys,

Below is my implementation of C2. A few examples I examined work just fine. But running the test kept making the kernel dead. Is there anything wrong with my implementation that results in this? Thank you so much.

ps: The try except should have no effect here. I added it to debug.

ok removing the np.ndarray part seems solving the issue.
