C4w4 Attempting to reeconnect on loop

Hi,

I’m currently at Part 5 of the Week 4 module Capstone . When I run the Terraform commands, the process gets stuck showing the message:

Attempting to reconnect...

It never progresses beyond that point, so I can’t move forward with the lab. Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

I’ve been trying to finish the Capstone Part 1 and Part 2 labs but am not getting any reply from support. I submitted a request form for those labs over two days ago and still haven’t received any updates. I’m also experiencing the same recurring issues with those 2 labs. Could you please look into these problems?

Hi,

Please fill out the lab refresh form again, and you’ll be notified once your lab has been refreshed.

Alternatively, you can wait around 2 hours for the lab to auto-restart.

I’ve also tagged @Mubsi to review your previously submitted requests.

I have resubmitted the lab refresh form as requested. I also waited the suggested 2 hours, but unfortunately, the errors still persist.
