C5 W1 Dimensions after slicing X with Lambda function

Hi, I cannot figure out the dimensions of X after slicing in Improvise a Jazz Solo in the function dj model:

  1. The shape of X is (m, 𝑇π‘₯, 78), which in fact is (60, 30,78). I understand there are 60 training examples
    2 We take one slice of X in the way explained in the assignment
  2. If t is, say, 1 then the slice of X has the shape (60,1,78) or (60,78) , I am not sure
  3. Then we pass over the slice to the reshapor as it is explained in the assignment and the reshapor changes the shape from (60,178) to (1,78)

My question is: where are the 60 training examples gone???

Which assignment are you working on? I didn’t find that text in either of the DLS C5 W2 assignments.
Please be specific.

Ups, I downloaded the assignment from the GitHub and thought that the text I quoted above was from the original assignment. Apparently it is not.

I am very sorry for the confusion. Shall I delete the thread in order not to confuse the other learners?

Do not use assignment copies you find on github. That’s pretty much against the Code of Conduct.

You do not need to use a Lambda function here.
