Calculation error for C

I calculated C I got different answer:
[[14,-13.57],[-13.57,21.86]]

Correct me if I’m wrong.

Can you share your calculations as well?

In the calculation that shows in the diagram, the y-(mean of y) in the last row is calculated wrong which should be 7.
