Try the following… Go to your “Preferences” screen. Click on “Interface” on the left-hand side. Select the Dark theme under Color Scheme.

Glad there is a dark mode. As we move to HDR displays, pure White is blinding bright!

Try your Profile → Preferences → Interface.
It’s been renamed to “Color Palette”, instead of "Color Scheme.
“Profile” is in the “Notifications and account” menu on the right side of the menu bar.
