I am currently in a pickle, and I need your help. I have been surfing the internet lately, looking for comprehensive data to train an algorithm to predict the likelihood of someone getting cancer due to genetic and epigenetic factors. I would appreciate it if anyone could direct me to a great source. I am also looking forward to collaborating with anyone who would like to get their hands dirty. Thank you.
It seems there used to be a database called StatEpigen, subsequently called EpiGeNet, which now appears to be offline. Maybe you could contact one of the authors to see if they can help you?
