Can't download the M2NIST dataset

When running the cell for downloading the M2NIST dataset, the following error appears:

It seems that this M2NIST dataset is not available anymore (at that location).
Can this data be made available again, or can import it in some other way?

in the assignment page they have now updated NOTE (1/10/23): There is an issue with downloading some of the datasets used in this specialization.
