Can't get the sample code to work

I can’t get the sample code to run in section 3.2 for creating a graph, see the attached pic below. The error looks like it can’t find the Lib for the Graph. I don’t see an include for the Lib? Or can it scan the code in the above sections?

Try Kernel → Restart and then run all cells from top to bottom, perhaps you have forgotten to run the previous cells or the kernel has died.
