I have been unable to move forward on the capstine prjoect as i dont have access to create IAM for my glue job. I already file a form twice waiting for the support to reset my aws account but nothing yet. Please take this serious

i vcannot create role or create glue connection wehith the account im wporking right now and i try to reboot and wait couple of weeks to be fixed but nothing
