Chatbot giving answer out of context I provided from pdf

I have created as RAG based chat bot, but sometimes I am getting out of context answer, even though I am using temperature = 0.
Can someone explain me how can I handle this situation.

Could you try to update the prompt like

Generate a response based strictly on the information present in the training data. Do not generate novel or out-of-scope answers.

And try once.
