Hi Abtine, and welcome to the community! That is usually caused by an unsuccessful pip install. Please check that the previous cell before those imports ran successfully.
Before retrying, please visit the FAQ here, particularly item 10 which shows how to check the chosen instance type. Choosing a different one will often cause the kernel to crash.
