I had this same issue, sorted after transpose inputs. but I am still confused that the test 1 transposed mini batch from the test sample [ samples, classes], so after transpose mini batch in test 1, it should turn to [classes, samples] which is same as raw input logits, but I have transposed input now, so it shouldn’t work.
The inputs to the TF cost function need to be in “samples first” orientation. If the question is why it needs to be this way, please see this thread.
