Myself Nihitha and joined deep learning course a week ago. Now I am in week 2 and I was supposed to complete the programming assignment. We need to load the dataset to work on and I could not find the link for the dataset or any text file that contains data.
Can you please help me in this ?

If you use the Online Lab environment all the data you need will be available.
Otherwise it can be downloaded by going to Lab Files in the top right and then download all files.
When you open the notebook in your browser, all of the resources are right there and ready for you. The data is loaded by running the first few cells in the notebook.
